# Update #1: Website widget: Tickets Now Visible in Chat

_See exactly when your customers file a ticket and their contact details_

Your AI Agent could already collect contact data and tickets during a web chat; ask for details, pull information from the conversation, and save them to the contact. Until now, the tickets were not displayed to your business although it was saved behind the scenes and was never shown in the chat timeline.  
  
That changes today. Every time your customers file or send a ticket through the website widget ; we automatically display the ticket as a badge in executes the contact collection tool, it appears directly in the chat sidebar and the user info panel inside the website conversations inbox. You can now see exactly when the ticket was submitted; what the ticket is about and who submitted and their country/location making it easier to follow up on what happened and why.
