We’ve launched **IntelliPortal**, a developer portal that lets teams embed messaging into their products with one single REST API.

Instead of stitching together separate messaging providers and channel integrations, IntelliPortal combines WhatsApp, Instagram, and other customer messaging channels into one multichannel API, so developers can ship omnichannel messaging in minutes.

It is multi-tenant by default, with real-time webhooks, scoped API keys, sandbox testing, and enterprise-grade compliance built in.

Send template and session messages across channels using one API.

Onboard your own WhatsApp Business number, or connect your clients’ WhatsApp Business numbers and Instagram accounts through the built-in signup flow. No manual Meta setup required on your side.

Receive inbound messages, delivery updates, and customer events through real-time webhooks that are signed, logged, and easy to debug.

Test every flow safely in the sandbox before sending a single live message.

Every onboarded client is isolated under their own reference, so the same integration can serve one customer or thousands.

API keys are scoped by permission, including messages, clients, templates, and webhooks, giving your team control over access and security from day one.
