We're a globally distributed team with offices in Nairobi, Kenya and Wilmington, Delaware. We build customer engagement tools that are simple, powerful, and people-first. Our people work out of Accra, Dakar, Kampala and any part of the world they choose.

Work from home, a café, or our offices in Nairobi or Wilmington, Delaware. Our team is distributed across continents and we build for that reality.
2. Async-friendly
Meetings are the exception, not the default. We write things down, prioritize deep focus, and respect the timezones of every teammate.
3. Clear communication
English is our working language. Clarity and kindness matter more than ceremony. If a Loom or a paragraph can replace a meeting, we'd rather have the Loom.
4. Everyone does support
From product to engineering to founders — everyone takes shifts in customer conversations. It keeps us honest, fast, and close to the people we serve.
5. Autonomy & learning
We hire for ownership and curiosity. We don't micromanage and we don't track hours. We trust you to figure out the right thing — and to ask for help when you don't.
