📈 Track Your Analytics
Analytics tells you what's working and what isn't. Find it at Dashboard → Analytics. The page is split into live metrics, channel comparison, customer insights, and a cost breakdown.
Picking a time range
The Time granularity selector at the top right controls how the charts roll up:
- Hourly— last 24 hours, by hour. Useful for spotting today's spikes.
- Daily — last 30 days. The default for most views.
- Weekly — last 12 weeks. Good for trends.
- Monthly — last 12 months. For board-deck stuff.
Every chart on the page re-renders against the granularity you pick.
Real-time metrics card
A live snapshot of right-now activity:
- Active conversations — currently open across all channels.
- Messages in / out — running totals for the selected window.
- AI handled % — share of conversations that ended without a human stepping in.
- Average response time — first response and full resolution.
Click Refresh snapshot in the header to force-recompute the live numbers (otherwise they update on their own every few minutes).
Channel comparison
A bar chart breaking down activity by channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, Web). For each you see:
- Total conversations
- Messages handled
- AI vs. human split
- Response-time average
Hover any bar for the exact numbers. Click a channel name in the legend to focus only on that channel.
Trend analysis
A line chart of message volume, response time, and AI-handoff rate over time. Watch for steady growth (good), spikes followed by drops (probably a campaign), or rising response times (you need more capacity).
Customer insights panel
Surfaces patterns about who is messaging you:
- Top contacts by message volume.
- Top topics — clusters of frequently-asked questions, useful for spotting FAQ gaps.
- New vs. returning conversation split.
- Geographic distribution — countries / cities (when phone country codes are recognizable).
If you spot a topic that keeps coming up, add a file or chatbot flow that answers it — see Set Up Your Assistant.
Cost breakdown
Shows what you're spending, split by:
- WhatsApp conversations — broken down by category (marketing, utility, authentication, service) — see Billing & Plans for the rate logic.
- AI usage — model tokens consumed.
- Other — storage, attachments, add-ons.
Use it to sanity-check your bill or forecast next month. If marketing conversations dominate the chart, consider rebalancing toward utility templates (cheaper).
Campaign-level analytics
For campaign-specific metrics (sent / delivered / read / failed per campaign), open the campaign details modal from Campaigns rather than this page. The Analytics page is org-wide.
The legacy view
The classic simpler view (just Total Assistants, Total Conversations, Total Leads) is still available — click Show legacy at the bottom of the page. We keep it for users who liked the old layout.
Tips
- Compare campaigns side by side. Run two similar campaigns and check the channel-comparison chart for the days each was active.
- Watch response time on Mondays. If it spikes, you might need to add a teammate to the rota.
- Top topics = your roadmap. Anything in the top 5 deserves either an FAQ template or a chatbot flow.
