It started with a message nobody answered
An admissions office replying to WhatsApp messages long after closing time. A programme team juggling hundreds of questions between field visits. So we built Intelli. First a website chat widget and AI assistants trained on each organization's own documents. Then the official WhatsApp Business Platform, as a Meta Business Technology Provider, with campaigns for reaching customers at scale. Then Instagram and Messenger in the same inbox, a visual flow builder, and commerce, so customers can browse, order and pay without leaving the chat.
Today our assistants don't just answer questions. They look up contacts, check catalogues and book meetings, and they hand the conversation to a person when it matters. Your own AI can work in Intelli too, through the Intelli MCP server, and developers can build on our Partner API.
