Comments automation for Instagram and Facebook
You can now manage Instagram and Facebook comments directly from Intelli.
A new Comments inbox brings post comments into one place, where your team can:
View comment threads by post
Reply publicly to comments
Send private follow-up messages
Hide or show comments
Retry failed replies
Open the related DM conversation
Pause AI replies for individual posts when your team wants to take over manually
We’ve also added new Comments automation settings. You can choose how Intelli should respond to comments:
Off
Public replies only
Public + private replies
Private replies only
You can optionally choose a different AI assistant specifically for comments and customise the opening message used for private replies with variables such as {customer_name} and {business_name}.
For Facebook and Instagram connections that do not yet have the required comment permissions, Intelli will now show a prompt to reconnect the account.
Connection and reliability improvements
We’ve also added supporting improvements for Instagram comment subscriptions, safer comment API validation, connection capability checks, and more reliable ticket updates and notifications.
Note: Facebook comment automation may require your Facebook/Instagram account to be reconnected once the necessary Meta permissions are enabled.
